More than 70% of South Koreans own smart phones and so are considered one of the world’s most internet-heavy cultures.  No coincidence they also have one of the highest suicide rates correlated with online harassment.  An international film titled “Socialphobia” recently showed in South Korea focusing on two cyberbullies who become victimized on the internet.
